Door to Door Trick-or-Treating from 6 pm to 8 pm. If a home or business within the Borough of Towanda is participating, they are asked to leave a porch light on. **Note the date change from Wednesday, October 29th. Parent/Teacher Conferences within the Towanda District created a conflict**
Date change from Thursday, October 30, 2025 to Wednesday, October 29, 2025 due to Trick-or-Treat night in Towanda Borough.
All offices in the Municipal Building are Closed. Regular office hours resume Wednesday, November 12th at 7:00 p.m.

In preparation for the 2026 Towanda Borough Budget, the Committee will hold a budget workshop meeting in the Council Rooms, 724 Main St, Towanda. Date has been updated from legal notice advertised.
