Important Recycling announcement from Northern Tier Solid Waste Authority:

Reminder: Recycling is collected every other Thursday. All recycling must be out at the curb by 7 am and sorted according to NTSWA’s guidelines for collection. Visit NTSWA.org for up-to-date recycling information or call 570-297-4177 with your guideline questions. Please do no call NTSWA if your recycling is placed curbside once the truck has passed; they will not be able to return to your street.

**Cardboard is collected separately from the other materials due to increased volumes**

NOTICE – NTSWA no longer accepts hard cover books!
Electronics for recycling are scheduled collection events hosted by NTSWA in Bradford, Tioga, & Sullivan Counties. There will be a charge for materials collected at these events. Refer to the NTSWA website for more information.

Note: Any Contractor or Homeowner requiring a Dumpster must contact Northern Tier Solid Waste at 570-297-4177 to make the necessary arrangements. NTSWA is the contracted hauler within Towanda Borough limits.
